Since 2017, we’ve had the pleasure of delivering pallet nailing robots to HSE (Hillerstorps Special Emballage). What began as a small collaboration has grown into a long-standing partnership, resulting in three Ekatech RN4017 pallet nailing robots to date.

Customer #627 – EPAL Production Line
Together with a customer in Lithuania, we configured a production cell featuring two RN4017 Pallet Nailing Robots capable of producing EPAL pallets. In addition to meeting EPAL standards, this production line can also manufacture custom pallets tailored to the needs of our customer’s clients.

To ensure continuous production, this layout equipped with the RN4017 and a conveyor belt – maintains a steady workflow even when finished pallet stacks are being retrieved. The conveyor belt transports the completed pallets out of the cell while simultaneously providing a buffer zone that accommodates multiple pallet stacks on the conveyor belt.
